Q: Do employers need to post all required federal posters at all company locations, or can they be posted at the main branch only?

A: Posting requirements vary by statute; that is, not all employers are covered by each of the U.S. Department of Labor’s statutes and may not be required to post a specific notice. For instance, some small businesses may not be covered by the Family and Medical Leave Act and would not be subject to the Act’s posting requirements.
