Idaho Labor is hosting a multi-employer job fair Sept. 22, from noon to 4 p.m., at The Grove Hotel, 245 So. Capitol Blvd., in Boise.

Job seekers can meet with up to 40 employers in one location representing a variety of industries offering jobs – some remote – for roles in customer service, retail sales, hospitality and health care. Jobs include direct support professionals, route drivers, and packaging and warehouse workers.

Participating employers include Amazon, Sorrento Lactalis, DIRECTV, Bigelow Family Tea Blenders, Darigold, NxEdge, Teleperformance, Boise Co-op, Continuum Global and many more.

Two hours of free parking will be provided for job fair attendees in the parking garage beneath the Grove Hotel. Labor staff will need to validate parking tickets before participants leave the venue.

Job seekers should bring resumes and be prepared to meet and interview with employers. Resume and interviewing tips can be found on the Labor website at labor.idaho.gov.

Those who need special accommodation should contact Joe Goitiandia at (208) 332-3575 or by email at joe.goitiandia@labor.idaho.gov.

More information on job fairs and hiring events throughout the state can be found on Labor’s calendar of events.

Attending a job fair event counts as one weekly valid work-search activity for unemployment insurance purposes.
