Idaho Department of Labor Economist Knox Freedman will be examining self-employment statistics and evaluating trends in the state at a webinar, Tuesday, Oct. 13.

This webinar will also analyze the impacts of self-employment on the broader labor market and economy, as well as its relationship to wages and labor supply.

“This webinar will highlight how self-employment and startup activity in Idaho have changed over time and how Idaho compares with the rest of the country,” Freedman said. “Whether you’re thinking about starting a business, already running one, or just curious about Idaho’s workforce, you’ll walk away with a clearer picture of what the data says.”
